16. BLINK Cliplets
BLINK Cliplets lets you create Cinemagraphs. They are still photos in which a small part of the image moves, a model’s skirt blowing in the wind, for example, or a bottle dripping beer, while the rest of the image is perfectly still. The final result is pretty impressive.
It’s easy to create a Cinemagraphs with BLINK Cliplets: Import or record short videos, and choose which elements to animate and which parts to freeze.
Pretty useful when you want your social media images to stand out. Please note this is a software for PCs only, downloadable from the Microsoft store. It is free to download.
17. GIFMaker
GIFMaker.me is an online tool that helps you create animated gifs, slideshows, and video animations from images you upload. You don’t even have to register.
This tool is excellent if you want to create animated icons, for example. And avatars of yourself on Internet forums and discussion boards, share multiple screenshots in one URL, play a GIF online with sound, or share your life moments with your friends on Facebook. Control canvas size, animation speed and repeat times.
